Shipping Policy
Qubit Systems ships all merchandise by FedEx International Priority. We will ship our products to anywhere in the world without exception, provided the location is served by FedEx. To our knowledge there are no embargos or security blockades against shipping any of our products to any country. If your destination is not served by FedEx International we will secure alternative shippers in order to satisfy your requirements. If customers wish Qubit Systems to use a shipper of their choice they should contact us directly prior to placing their order. Please be advised that Qubit Systems is not liable for paying any duties, taxes or VAT imposed by the importing country.

Return Policy
Qubit Systems will accept (for return), all undamaged merchandise shipped at customer expense within 30 days of receipt. All returns must have a Return Materials Authorization number (RMA number) issued prior to the return being shipped. Subject to the above conditions Qubit Systems will issue a refund to the customer upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Privacy Policy/Statement
Qubit Systems respects the privacy and information of all customers and those making enquiries of Qubit Systems. We will not disclose for any reason, other than as required by law, to any party any customer information without the customers express consent.

Security Policy
Qubit Systems has implemented numerous procedures in an effort to ensure that all of our customers information is protected from theft, tampering or unauthorized use. All customer information is stored on off-line computers. At no time is any customer credit card information available through on-line connections. Credit Card information is protected by 128 bit encryption. All information in transit is protected by a Secure Socket Layer using a GeoTrust Business ID Digital Certificate.
