of measuring instantaneous gas phase O2 exchange
from leaves. Use in combination with a CO2 analyzer
for measurement of PQ and reductant flux. Measure O2
with an accuracy of 1ppm against an atmospheric O2
background.

Qubit Systems's package for
measuring dissolved O2 has features included in
no other polarographic O2 monitoring system. The
O2 electrode within the water-jacketed cuvette may
be used for measurements of O2 consumption (or production)
by biological samples or enzymatic reactions. Various chamber volumes
available from 0.2 mL to 50 mL. Can be combined with our Chlorophyll
Fluorescence Package.

The potometer may be used independently
or concurrently with Qubit's S161 Humidity & Ttemperature sensor to measure
changes in plant transpiration rate as environmental and phsyiological conditions
are altered.

Qubit Systems' gas-phase O2
sensors provide accurate measurements of oxygen concentration from 0-100%
with a resolution of 0.01% (100 ppm). The O2 sensors
can be configured for use in open flow or stop flow (closed) gas exchange
systems.
For experiments requiring greater
accuracy, Qubit Systems manufactures the world's only patented Differential
Oxygen Analyzer (DOX) with a resolution of ±0.1 Pa O2
against a background of air (20.9 kPa). This remarkable instrument represents
